Bam’s Vegan French Toast

Might be the easiest French Toast you’ve ever made, maybe.

This recipe only takes a couple ingredients and can be ready in under 10 minutes. I like to use ciabatta bread but you can also make this recipe gluten-free by substituting with any gluten free bread you feel fit.

Also with toppings, get creative. I used bananas, kiwi, strawberry, blueberries, pecans, and pure maple syrup.

INGEDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk (or any other Plant Based milk)
  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • Dash of Nutmeg
  • 1 Ciabatta Loaf

Directions

  1. Divide bread into about 4-6 equal slices. (or divide to your desired thickness) set aside.
  2. Combine all other ingredients in a mix bowl.
  3. Dip bread in wet mixture and fry until golden brown.
  4. Add toppings and serve.
